Shipping and Returns
Shipping for virtual products (PDFs, mp3s, services, etc) is typically via email or large file services such as yousendit.com or megaupload.com
Actual items are sent via UPS, DHL or USPS.
Sales on all virtual products (PDFs, mp3s, services etc) are final. You may return most new, unopened actual items sold and fulfilled by AbibitumiKasa.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If you have any concerns we will be happy to resolve them for you. Simply contact us through our contact page.
